So it’s been what feels like months of working this tank, getting new lights, testing, etc for this bubbletip. He showed promise and started looking great.
After a battle with dinos in which I won using h2o2, semi blackouts, Bactra 7, and overfeeding, the nem shriveled you and has not gotten back to his same size for over a week.
Here he sits....so
Is he so far gone I should pull him and let him pass or can he recover?

here are my current parameters

1.025
78 temp
440 ca
9 alk
8.2 ph
30 no3
.06 Po4

How long has tank been set up? Nems are sticklers for stability and with all the changes you've been doing (for how long?) I would let it be. If it stops sticking to rocks or starts to dissolve, then pull it. I've had them for years and they can be pretty resilient - I've had them survive powerhead schreadings to stuck in overflows and have had them survive.

I’ll leave him but I don’t want the tank nuked because I waited too long

Personally it looks like he needs more light - they love light. Yours looks stressed - give him time & light and don't feed him anything directly (while he's stressed)
I just fed mine and pumps are in "nutrient" mode so flow is pretty strong, but a couple of these guys looked a whole lot worse than yours does - keep the faith!

Yeah I used to have a weak light now have a 30 watt that I have 100% blue and 40% white

Slowly up the whites to 50-60% over a couple of weeks and see if he reacts.

I’m not sure a 30 watt light will put out enough PAR. My anemones sit under a 90 watt LED at approx. 175 PAR. Have you checked the PAR levels in the tank? Just a thought

Update. Completely hidden and chunk of something coming out of his mouth

He was coming back Strong after buying the lights. Haven’t measured par but per various users with the same lights that have, the par should be enough where he was in the tank.

inappropriate reefer has one light and his tank had many huge bta’s that were thriving
