Hello so he’s been in the acclimation box for a while and I just let him out but he has been under this rock for over 3 days should I grab him and put him in the light or just leave it alone I’m assuming leave it alone is best

Yeah, just leave it alone. This has happened to me multiple times with my 9 BTAs. It looks healthy

Once placed, the nem should never be touched if at all possible. It’s easy to damage the foot, then, it dies.
He will move from time to time, he will move till he’s happy, you have no control of where he sits.
Keep water chemistry absolutely stable and within ranges with little flux, strong reef type lighting is required.
