What's on this nem?

Looks like a dead krill or shrimp. Maybe a food item uneaten?

It's an uneaten krill. I used to feed that tank from time to time when I worked there. We target fed seaweed to the abalone and meaty fare to the nems, which included whole krill.

This tank is really, really cold. Temperature is around 55*F if I recall correctly. Your fingers and arms start aching from the cold after being submerged for just a few seconds.

Nicen thanks all. It looked kinda like a shrimp, but I've never seen legs like that.
