Nem is closed up

I had this ball anemone for about a month now but for the past few days, it has been shriveled up then coming out only 1/2 of the way.

Any ideas?

It's hard to tell from the picture. Able to get a brighter white pic? What are your parameters? What lights are you using? Where is the nemmie located in the tank? Have you tried to move it at all or has it been on it's own since introduced? How old is your tank? How much flow, what pumps are you using? Temps? What is your water change schedule?

I added a Powerhead in the first few days it was fine, light is kessil a80 and tank is around 7 months old now
