Nem or plant?

Can’t really find anything that looks like this aside from the micro shots I have seen/taken of algae. These are about 1mm at the “head”. Any ideas? Just noticed a lot of them today after I cleaned up the GHA last night. Look along the ledge under the biggest pineapple sponge.

I had the swimming kind and they faded away. Are these the same or should I get a laser and go wild?
