Anyone have any recommendations for a cheap light for a 10gallon QT that is sufficient for bubble tip anemones? I can't use my DT light like I did for my previous nem. If there aren't any cheap options, I'll probably just go for another AI prime but I feel like its a little overkill for a 10g QT.

Just get a cheap Par38 bulb or a daylight bulb from a home improvement store. I bought a bunch of these when they were literally like $5 and they work great for stuff like qt. Not available currently, but something similar.

For a QT, I assume par is more important than spectrum right? My GBTA likes areas in my tank around 200 par, so that was what I figured I would aim for in the QT. Although, if I get some sick nems that need cipro treatment I want to make sure the lighting is going to be enough so as not to cause additional stress on them.

Since it will be in qt for a relatively short period of time, it’s not super important for either. Be careful with too much light as the nem may be coming from a lower light system or just the darkness from shipping and could need to acclimate to more intense lighting. 200 par should be ok for most and you can shade it if needed. As for spectrum, a daylight type spectrum would probably be most beneficial.
