Nem vs frogspawn/torch

So I want a nem but I've had a problem before we're the BT nem walk all over my tank causing chaos killing a frog spawn a torch and a hammer I had now this was some time ago and this is a new tank and I'm way more involved and a little more knowledgeable of this have a healthy tank and healthy livestock. Now I have the tank stocked with again frogspanw hammer torch zoas and plan on more! Any advise on keeping a nem and maybe not letting it kill off my other corals?

I've seen some and there is actually one I've been wanting do they move around as much as others?

I have multiple rock flower nems and all of them stayed in the same relative place i put them except one. They have a reputation for not moving around once they find there spot.

And they come in many different color.
