I have just shutted down my fresh water tank and converted to simple salt water. No sump, no overflow. Just canister filter with bunch of matrix and UV inline. Don't have space for sump, glass might be not good for drilling.
Initially I was thinking about predatory tank with lion fish but I noticed some people have their nemo cities - tank full of clowns and anemones. Melev's reef has 60g cube with such bunch of anemones and like 17 clowns.
I have 75g tank with some rocks and sand and I would like to have similar thing.

I wonder what will happen if I buy 10 clowns at the same time to have them from 1 fish store, from the same batch. My local store told me it is not a good idea but I know people have some success in such tanks.

Any recommendation?

BRS has a series of YouTube on their clownfish harem tank. You can also do a search for clownfish harem both here and on the interwebs. Typically a harem tank is started with a bunch of small juveniles from the same clutch. It is possible (at least for a while), but I would suggest that you consider starting with a pair of clowns per tank so that you can learn what to look for in clownfish behavior if any when the harem tank starts to digress. Good luck with whatever you decide!
