ya it’s only full every 2 weeks and that’s maybe 2 days. It was the only area I had. Hope it doesn’t mess it up tho, I’m here for about 5 more years .

Another question-

So I put my tunze ATO in my return section. It’s working great until I hit the feed mode. The tunze goes beeeeeeeepppppppp for 15min. Well that won’t fly lol. What are my options? Vs turning it off every time I feed down the road?

So I ordered acoustic foam panels from amazon. I want to put them under my tank and around my stand. I want to dampin the sounds coming from my stand. Does anyone see a problem with this?

I ordered a golf cart clear hinge to replace the black hinge that came with a Marineland glass canopy I no longer have a black strip going across my sand bed

What should my first fish be? All my levels are perfect and my algae that I had went a way. The tank cycled quickly! Prob bc I had the rocks soaking in bacteria for a month!

I want a fire fish. maybe 2? Can i do that?
I want a pared clowns good for first fish? Dont want them to die...
I want tangs and then more tangs!
I want gobbies...

I want them all!

So right now I have a 200w heater with a 150w just for back up. You think just having 1 200w is to small? Tank heat has been fine for the past 2 weeks just don’t know if the heater is always running lol.

Here's the heater I put into my tank. Price is right and the reliability is crazy good. Finnex 500 wt and the Finnex controller. I like having separate controller that's not in the tank where it can short or stick on and cook my fish. Has audible alarm. High & low alarm. The readout on mine is off by 3 degrees. It says the tank is 81 when it really is 78. But the temp is rock steady - never more than one degree low.

It’s just too big to fit in my sump the only place that would fit is my overflow in the corner but I’ve never seen anyone put a heater there . I have two 200 W neo thermal because of the size.

Everything seems to be doing well for the first 2 weeks! I have had fish in the tank for 3 days and they are eating / swimming. I ave had snails in the tank for a week and crabs for 1 1/2 week, no loss of life. Skimmer is pulling out green stuff.

Got my first corals!

I dipped them in the Baeyer solution, it was scary but after following these directions, it worked well. Easy and worked. I stopped a brissel worm that I can see, debris at the bottom. Here is the site: https://boroaquatics.com/blogs/articles/17033867-proper-dipping-of-corals-the-bayer-method

I got 4 frags:
Red meteor shower, green metallic meteor shower, Jedi Mind tricks, and candy cane.

It also has 3 hermits I added lol! My fire fish are doing good, it’s been a week. They are still getting along

I got some pods but they were dead and AB is sending out new ones!
