Neon dottyback has a white blotch

Just noticed this white blotch on my dottyback. It's healthy and eating normally. Swimming actively as well. Anything I should be concerned about, or could it be a nem sting (I have 10 BTAs).

I've had him for probably 4 or 5 years...no new additions to the tank in probably 2yrs and all other fish are fine.

He's just as active as before, making getting a good picture hard.

i jumped to soon calling dr's ,most likely rock rash,from scraping a rock best wishes

He does enjoy wiggling through the rockwork, and a few of the nems set up camp near where he likes to go, so fingers crossed.
