Neon Dottyback with bleached or scraped flesh? Please help.

Went to a party and came back to find this on my psuedochromis. Any idea what it is and what I should do about it?

as long as he's acting ok, i wouldnt worry about it. my springeri gets himself scraped up pretty good from time to time, and seems to heal with no problems. just keep an eye on him.

that looks like it was trapped under some live rock (thats a huge scrape/abraision)..
