neon gobie has white cloudy stuff on him...concerned!

Does anyone know what I'm dealing with? This beginner aquarium owner has a nice little neon gobie in a 20 gal tank with 5 other small fish. It has recently developed this cloudy, fuzzy white stuff on him. I had a clown fish once who had Ich and it doesn't have that salt-sprinkled-on look to it...this one's more of a cloudy white fuzz. Any suggestions, ideas would be appreciated!

Thanks for the link. Upon further inspection, I'm suspecting Ich.
