NeoNitro use

Anyone use NeoNitro by Brightwell?
Been battling high PO4 and almost undetectable NO3.
Anyone use NeoNitro to elevate NO3?
Do you need to use MicroBacter in conjunction with it?

I've been using it for a couple months. Probably not like an expert so take this advice with a grain of salt. I don't use any bac supplement with it, I just dose about 5ml into my 13.5g tank when I test and find it lower than 4, that usually brings it above 5.
TBH, Im struggling to figure out the right schedule to make things a bit more "automatic", though I'm not sure if that will ever happen as I'm not super consistent on feeding.
