New addition today! I got some blue neons to accompany my red heads. I love small fish in a big system.

The smaller fish in a large system makes it look more ocean like to me also and thats the way my system started but they will grow to adult stage and now my bio-load is about maxed out,I would love to have my reef the way it is now with all smaller fish to get that same effect...but catching the adult fish now is nearly impossible in my reef...too bad so sad I believe is what the phrase says...:hurt:

I wish I did not have the blue tang in my system. It's my largest fish and getting rid of him might decrease my biology by almost half perhaps. The wife picked it out however.....

Nice additions Jeff, I really like having at least a few smaller fish in the system that often go unnoticed at first then "Hey... what's that lil guy ?" reaction from visitors or even myself from having not seen one of them in a few days or so. I have three fairly small Gobies that I collected from the Tide Pools while in Hawaii, one Halfspotted and two Cloudy Gobies, all are very interesting and entertaining as all will come forward to see 'who' is there.

Cheers, Todd

I love small; and am a micro viewer as opposed to a macro viewer. I like the surprise as well in seeing some thing that I have not seen in a while. I've been thinking about a few sexy shrimp, but fear how they'd fare with my flame wrasse and/or anthias. How do you think they'd fare Todd?

I think they would be fine with either Jeff, just do not add a Flame Hawk cuz it will eat them...lol From personal experience, even ate all three of my Scarlet Cleaner Shrimp while I was breaking down my old 75g. I'm thinking on building a smallish 15-20g Display Tank to sit on my ATO stand next to the DT that houses mainly just my pair of Tailspot Blennies (another small fish option for you) and possibly another small fish or two. To see if I can figure out a way to raise their young as they spawn somewhat regularly now.

Cheers, Todd
