Anybody doing Brightwells neozeo dosing. If so how long and where are you at with it as far as other additives, if any. I'm at the end of week four, going by the book so far. What I have noticed so far is the little hair algae I had is gone and I'm cleaning the glass less.

I have tried it for the past 9 months. I am not convinced that it works. I used neozeo, mb4, vita-m and via-b, along with aminos, and Koral Kolor. I can say I gave it a honest try but for me, I dont think the results are wothwile, even though the BW stuff is very inexpensive compared to zeovit. I have recently started vodka (2ml per day in my 75 gallon tank).

Did you use the stones or just the additives? I'm going on six weeks and I'm now on maintenance dosing of MB7 and biofuel. Also just started koralcolor, replenish and amino's. To early to really tell. Hope the vodka dosing works out for you, I know allot of reefers swear by it.

I've been running it since it hit the streets last August, and have had great results. If you have a tech question ask away, otherwise there is a very large thread with 900 responses and 40k views on RC with general information in the SPS section that can be very helpful to someone just starting out.

Thats a long thread, I may have to read a few times to comprehend all the good info. I'm thinking of removing my cheato, its starting to lighten up, looks like its dying off

Hey Mark, I would think removing the algae would be a good idea. As it dies off it will just release nutrients into the water.

I use Brightwell also minus the NeoZeo. I have SPS log here or in RC . I was also using this since last yr august .

i've been thinking of giving the neozeo a go myself. nice avatar reefpoor. i saw mr gilmour in concert a few yrs back in chicago.

Yeah, I'm a pretty big Floyd fan. I enjoy all including Sid and especially Waters. The first time I saw your screen name I wondered if that was a David Gilmour reference.
