Neptune 1link stuck on?

I have a normally closed solenoid wired to a bare 24v dc cable connected to a 1 link module, but the solenoid is receiving power at all times, even when I turn off the outlet on the 1link. I have another Solenoid in the same setup but connected to my eb8 with no issues.

Anyone have any ideas?

Nevermind... fixed it myself by running the update function, even though it didnt need an update.
