i accidentally turned off the alk dosing for 24 hours. turned it back on as soon as i realised. check on it 2 1/2 hours later and its been dosing 200 ml every 30 mins . the limit i set was 130ml. not sure why neptune will have this issue. now my alk is 13.2 from 8.1. what can i do guys? will this kill all my sps? any help will b greatly appreciated

It can, do a partial water change.

im filling up the rodi now .. should i just use tap water since its an emergency?

Difficult decision, IMO. There is no perfect answer.

If corals are not yet suffering, I might let it decline on its own, and make sure nutrients are nonzero, by feeding more if necessary.

I've had a doser malfunction spike my alkalinity so high that it was out of range for the hanna checker. After a 50% water change I got it down to 17 dKH. Did a few more over the next few days to bring it down the rest of the way, didn't lose a single coral. The tank had monti caps, digitatas, a few acros, and lots of lps. Not saying water changes are the best way to handle this, just sharing my experience. Good luck, hope your tank pulls through.
