Neptune Apex Alarm Configuration Help

Hello, I just got a neptune apex and I need help with the alarm configuration.

What do i need to put in for the following,
-If my LDk senses water on my floor i want a notification sent to my phone
-If my sump water level goes below my MOS i want a notification sent to my phone
-If my ph goes below 7.5 and above 8.5 i want a notification sent to my phone
-If my temp goes below 76 and above 82 i want a notification sent to my phone

Im sorry im just new to this its kinda confusing lol
