Neptune Apex app not working on iPhone

Is anyone else having problems viewing the Apex App on iPhone ?

My desktop PC and lap top work, but the app on phone does not

I can access it, but recently it constantly wants me to reauth/setup faceid. I'm not sure what happened.

deleted app from phone, then reinstalled app, all working now.
