Log into your apex unit using its ip address (not fusion). You should be able to see whats going on and restart it or reset it. My display went wonky one day when I was calibrating the pH probe and that was the only way I could reset it. If you are not sure what the ip is go to the neptune site on your computer and download a firmware update. You don't actually have to do the update but when you run the program it will find the IP of your unit for you.
