Those probes must be toast now. They've been exposed to air and not capped off.

So quick to make assumptions, literally took them out of the water 20 minutes ago during the tear down for pictures. They are safely back in the sump

I'm sorry chief I did not see the caps on them so that lured my interest away from purchasing. My intentions we're not to be wise just informative to you.

No problem. They do not have the caps but they will be stored in the sump until ready for shipping. I’ll ship them in ziplock bags with a small amount of tank water
