I'm a brand new ignorant Apex Beginner and I was going crazy with getting a super simple program to run. Didn't want to ask for help but finally broke down and did. So first thing this morning I sent out a request to Customer Support and got it with in a couple of hours. However it was via email so I couldn't try out the fix until the end of the day. Got home made the fix but it still didn't work. So I called the gentleman helping me, "Doug" and he signed in via Team Viewer and Bam found the problem. With Fusion and Local you should only see ONE CLOCK. You always will in Local, but if you do in Fusion and you see TWO CLOCKS, any timed programs are not going to work the way you think they should. That is because the Apex Clock and your Local Clock are not in Sync, if they were you would only see one. As soon as Tom saw this he new my problem. I'm in CST time and I had the Time Zone set for 6 hours and not -6 hours. Positive and not Negative. Adjusted and BOOM!, the time was now in SYNC. But then Tom went beyond my problem and started showing me other neat things I can and should do. SO, you know what, GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THANK 'S TOM!
