Neptune Apex disconnecting from Wi-Fi often

Hello,

I have this issue where my apex disconnects from Wi-Fi all the time and it is so annoying. I know it’s the apex having an issue because I can connect to all my other Wi-Fi devices remotely.

I have my apex directly connected to my router with Ethernet and yet this still happens. Any way to make it so I can rely on this apex?

I set a static ip address for the Apex on my internet router and it helped a lot.

What signal strength is the Apex showing it has?

Had same issue, until I changed Internet provider ( for other reasons) and everything is good now. Some ISPs are mildly compatible with apex, I presume.

Do you have the A3 Apex JR? check your heartbeat to get an idea of what's going on. My Apex Jr did a reboot loop every hour. Neptune replaced it with a refurb unit

If you have the apex hooked up via ethernet and the wifi isnt turned off on the apex you'll still have issues. It seems to default to wifi for connectivity even with a active ethernet connection.
