neptune apex dosing more than dos is set to.

for some reason neptune wants to dos almost 2 times what i have the dos set to dose i have alk set to 45ml day, neptune wants to dose 91. i currently have it set to manual. no apex trident override. what gives? how can i get to dose the quantity that i want? it's not the calibration, it's in a setting somewhere.

The graph shows the past 24 hours. During that time, did you calibrate it? The calibration consumes 40 ml per head, and that volume gets added to the graph for the day.

i did just calibrate yesterday i believe it's been over 24 hours since then. it has done this since i first set it up abou 4-5 months ago. i do have some graduated beakers i could put the dosing lines into to see how much it doses in a day.

ok so all the numbers in the logs say it dosed what its supposed to, but the graph on the home page has always showed it dosing more than it's set to. I did have the trident controlling dosing at one time but it kept increasing my alk beyond my set point.

2 days after calibration Apex graph shows it dosing 78ml of alk and 61ml of ca. If I go to the dos graph it shows it dosing 45ml wich is what it's set to. I have ca set to 35ml and its dosing that amount. But the graph on the home page with no manual dosing.

My DOS(apex graphs) claimed it dumped 4 times the amount of ALK in my tank as my daily dosing one odd day. I immediately checked my dosing containers, and both were the same(I dose equal parts 2 part).

I did not trust the graphs, so I tested, normal ALK level. No idea why it reported more then 1200ML of ALK was supposedly dumped into my tank. I've been running a DOS for the last 5 years without a hiccup until this one time.
