Neptune Apex EL Setup Help

anyone have issues setting up their Apex EL i cant get the thing to connect it says we cannot find your apex make sure the blue light is on... the blue light is on my phone is connected to the Wi-Fi and I reset the unit 10 + time with no luck.

Is your phone connected to the Apex or the WiFi? You need to connect it to the Apex.

Yes it is connected to the apex setup network... obviously no internet connection but it is on yhe network and still keeps saying we cannot find your apex. very frustrating.
