Neptune Apex Energy Bar Eb8 vs Eb8 832

I was wondering if there is any noticeable difference between the regular older eb8 vs the new orange eb8 832?

Im looking to buy one but im not sure if there is a reason to spend money on the newer version?

If you have the Apex Classic, the 832 will not work.

832 has lots of new features that are used by some of the new equipment Neptune is putting out. Also all the plugs are relay now, as opposed to just #4 and 8. Also each outlet is now monitored for power use, not the cumulative amount like on the EB8. As said though, the 832 is not supported by the Classic Apex.

For just your basic use a EB8 is fine
