Neptune Apex issues with app

Hello,

I am having trouble with the Apex app. I have reset my password, but the app keeps telling me the password is wrong. I had uninstalled Apex Fusion on my phone then reinstalled it. I have tried this about 5 times. Has anyone had this issue? Any ideas what might be going wrong?

Not that particular problem, but if it doesn’t resolve go to neptunes site and fill out a service request. They will get back to you very quickly in my experience.
