Neptune Apex not connecting to EB832

Hello,

My EB832 is blinking orange rapidly so I read that is not connecting to the brain. I purchased a new cable a tried changing every port and still don't work. Any help?

Update: I contacted Neptune support and they state that the EB832 is broken. As the EB832 is no longer on warranty they offer to repair this one (between 150-185$) or a replacement for $175.
