They’re pretty necessary in an all in one. I always had some sort of micro bubbles when I had one, but that was before vca and 3d printing. I don’t have those issues in a sump configuration, but they were a nuisance for sure in an all in one. So were snails, asterinas, and algae.

I haven’t priced the vca salinity probe thingy but I can’t imagine that it’s overpriced. I have several vca random flow generators and they were dirt cheap…. Well if vca is reading this no, they are priced fairly do not increase the price. Ha
