Neptune apex sd card

Hey guys,
I currently have the same issue with my apex sd card. I removed it with out any issues then put in my sd reader.
Clicked on the drives properties get the circle of oh oh your going to wait. Then I get this pc not responding. Then get this drive is not accessible, was trying to run a ckdsk to fix any corrupt file then load to a new sd card. Any help would be very appreciated. This was done on both win10 and 11.

Greetings and welcome to the reef. Your best bet would be to open a support ticket with Neptune.
