Neptune Apex - Temperature probe calibration

Hi Reefers,

I struggle to calibrate my Neptune Apex temperature probe. Below is the steps that I follow; what am I doing wrong?

Below does not seem to work for me; temperature calibration is not stored and temperature reading is not changing on the Apex.

1. Obtain 'control' temperature

2. Navigate to task / temperature probe calibration

3. Select the correct probe

4. Type 'controlled' temperature (25.8 celcius)

5. Click "Done"

6. Temperature should now be calibrated - It is not!

Have you tried to calibrate it through the temp tile instead of the task?

Yeah, tried both without any luck so far.. Having a fair few Apex problems after moving modules around and to a different room

Maybe try to power cycle the Apex. Might solve some issues you're having. If not unfortunately you will have to call Neptune and open a ticket.
