Neptune APEX vs GHL Profilux 4

Hey guys,
I'm in the process of trying to decide which controller to go with for my ELOS 70. How easy is it to control the Profilux? I can find bunch of stuff on Apex but I can't find much on profilux.
I really like how easy it looks to do everything on the Apex fusion but really not diggin the toy like look they went with and different modules. I like the look of GHL and how it's just one box for most things.

The ProfiLux does not require users to learn any coding whatsoever. The setup is super easy and is easily managed using drop-down boxes. It also has Programmable Logic for you to create your own functions when needed. The brand is well known for the super stable products it produces. Just do a search for issues with the ProfiLux and you will have a hard time finding people who've actually had hardware related failiures.

Despite the P4 being a new product, it still supports all existing accessories and add-ons going back as far as the Profilux 2 Plus. That's another plus in my book!

As you already pointed out, the P4 design keeps everything in a single tidy setup, no need for several tiny boxes to find a spot to mount. IMO, it just màkes for a much cleaner looking setup. The design is something, I'd be proud to display in the open. It just looks like a more professional design.

GHL just announced the ALK and Ca monitoring/control functions also. Calcium monitoring is something Neptune has not even mentioned.

Not to be whatever but you just said that the ghl does not require any coding but then you said it has programmable logic. so who does the programming and what ID you have something that it does not have in its database

Yes, it has Programmable Logic for those that need it for programming an option that is not available from the drop down boxes. For example, this comes in handy when you want to assign two functions to a single powerbar outlet.

Most people may find that all the functions they need is already offered in the menus.

Functions such as Temp control, ATO, AWC, Lighting control, can all be programmed from the drop down boxes, no coding is needed.
