No there's no extra EB8 for 400$.. actually there's no extra EB8 at all because I just sold the second EB8 an hour ago.

Yes in order to control AI lights you need a module called the AWM. They sell used on this forum often.

Does it have LED dimming port 0 -10 volts, I can't see from the picture the brain is block off by the cable.

Yes it has 2 separate variable dimming ports. V1-V2 & V3-V4
This is a full apex not an Apex lite.

No its sold and I didn't write that someone else did. The extra EB8 was separate not included.
