I just had a power outage and when the power went on my neptune power bar says voltage error, so before I try fixing i put a regular power bar attached my neptune ATO to standalone mode but everytime I turn it on it just keeps topping off and doesn’t use the sensors to stop

See if the little yellow button on the back of the EB832 is out, and press it. If no change, go to Fusion page, then modules and go to EB832 and on upper right, click in box and on Update software and see if that changes things.
On your fusion page, is there a red Exclamation point? If so, you may have blown resistor.

This is an issue - and I would say 'stop automation for a while'. Turn off ATO, etc etc - whatever and do it yourself. Then contact Neptune. My tank has run on an apex for 6 months - and a surge suppressor,

This also - reset your EBB. When this happened to me - my EBB was fried.

Ya I did all that nothing changed I’m more worried about my ATO that when I put on stand-alone mode just keeps pumping water, and I want to fix it before I fix the EB832

Unplug it. Take it off - ATO is not a huge deal turn it off - believe me - just step back on the automation for a while until you figure out the problem

Ya but why can’t I just run stand-alone mode the ATO should work no.?

Look at the sensor and clean it if you must. Depending on age of unit, start a ticket with neptune. Go to your screen name and click on support and create ticket. These units have been problem childs' since they came out

Been running Apex 15 years and havent had an issue with this. ATO however more than twice and no longer use theirs.

I have lost about 20K relying on the system. There are tons of people with different experience - granted. I'm Just giving mine. It's kind of like the RedSea people complaining - many people have no problems. Right/
