I have the neptune ATO and it’s not topping enough water anymore I didn’t have a problem with it until I went in stand alone mode because my power bar blew, I reset it and it goes solid blue then it puts abit of water and stops, and I topped it off by hand in the morning and when I checked later in the evening it was under both sensors, and I just reboot it again and now my alarm went off

Do you have a ton of evap loss? In standalone mode it stops after 5 minutes of continuous pumping as a safety measure.

No not a ton and it runs for like 5 seconds

Make sure the tiny hole that the water comes out of atk isn’t clogged, it’s where the float is. I had one that became partially clogged before.

Next step I would create a support ticket with Neptune. They do a good job of figuring things out.
