I plugged in my ATK and it is filling up past the first sensor without any alarms or light indication that something is wrong. I thought it was plug and play. Am I doing something wrong? Furthermore I then plugged it into my APEX to see if it worked with the system and my APEX won't even read that there is a FMM plugged into it. What am I doing wrong? My Apex firmware was updated last week as well.

Blue means it is still in standalone mode. That's fine.

Does it continue pumping past both sensors? It is possible you have them switched around or they were marked incorrectly. Also check that the plugs are firmly seated in the FMM.

It seems to stop before it hits the second sensor. Any idea why the FMM doesn't show on my apex dashboard?

One thing at a time. Did you check to see if the sensors were reversed. Check the numbers. Make sure 1 is in 1 and 2 is in 2 and that they are both plugged ALL the way in.

It is likely at this point you should fill out a support ticket on our web site. That is the limit of the troubleshooting g that makes sense to do here. You will get faster resolution with support.

It completely covers the bottom sensor fully and when I submerge the second sensor as well it does not sound an alarm in stand alone.

I have contacted Apex and they have not helped at all. They are referring me to the troubleshoot page even though I have tried everything on the page. Here are my issues so far.

Stand alone product:
Both sensors are fully submerged in water yet the ATK keeps pumping.
While sensors are submerged the red light indicator does not come on, nor does the alarm sound.
The pump, pumps water for about 5 seconds then turns off, and repeats this cycle.

Plugged into the Apex:
The FMM does not show up on my apex dashpot thus not controlling my ATK.

Is your top off water higher then the
sump? If so you need to add the anti siphon. I had an issue with that. But your alarm should sound after 10 minutes.

I have installed the anti siphon as well. However that should not affect my sensors not working correctly either way. I am at a lose at this point and neptune support is not helpful at all.

Gotcha. Hope you get it resolved.
