OK. FMM connected to the power-bar, and aux power cable thing connected also

The “1”and “2” from the float thingy are connected to the proper FMM jacks

Without even putting the sensors/float etc in my sump, I can’t get the pump to turn on!!!

What am I doing wrong?!?!

Is it something in the programming? You are supposed to be able to use it without an Apex and I can’t even use it with one!

What am I overlooking? I am so frustrated with this thing

I managed (with help) to get it to turn on...... and of course it doesn’t turn off. I went through almost 10g of RODI troubleshooting. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong? Or perhaps suggest another ATO?

Please confirm that you have an Apex connected to your power bar? I think you mean that you do.
Second, when you have it setup and it keeps spitting water, can you verify if 1 or both of the sensors are under water?

First thing that comes to my mind is have you used a ‘task’ within Neptune’s Fusion App called “ATK”? This will setup your ATK with your Apex. You can configure the particulars within the ATK. This will come configure with defaults after you go through the Neptune task, mentioned above.

Apex is connected to Energy bar with the computer like cable, FMM as well. Water keeps coming out whether sensors are in water or not.

I will try to run that ATK task

My next suggestion after you complete this task will be to place the float unit in your sump or wherever. When you do, make sure that the bottom sensor is under water. The top sensor should be above the water line.

Then in your Apex Fusion dashboard, uncover your new tiles - you should see three of them. 2 for your high and low optical water sensors and another that controls the ATK pump. Give them 30 seconds or so to read the correct open vs close. Close means under water. Bear in mind that when you use Apex, this is a cloud service and hence there will be a slight delay. If you connect directly to your Apex, there is no delay. This delay does not affect your ATK functioning properly.

Google just keeps saying “after running ATK task within Fusion”

Ok. where in the heck is that?!?

Click the button at the top left that looks like a clipboard. Will be labeled tasks if you hover over it.

To unlock the tiles, click the unlock button to make sure that all tiles related to the ATK are moved onto the main dashboard. You will have 3: 1 for low water, 1 for high water, 1 for the pump. You found the pump tile, but you may find value in the optical sensor tiles so you can see what they are reading: Open (above water) or Closed (below water). See below - but keep in mind that mine will be named differently.

Once your ATK float is in place (with the lower optical sensor under water), turn your pump to “Auto”. You can turn it to on if you want to test, but you can also wait for your water level to go lower.

unlock: with the icon shaped like a lock...
Then you can add/remove available switches and probe graphs, called tiles, into the main display, and change their location.

You may find this more intuitive to do from a computer screen instead of a phone.

I click the lock and everything just shakes and gives me the option to move it. I don’t have a computer so I am trying to figure this out on a phone

I have someone bringing a laptop over These things challenge the technologically challenged

Great. When they do, and you click the lock, you'll see a grey area appear. This has all of the unused items (called tiles) that you can add to your fusion screens.
