Trying to hook up my Neptune ATK to my apex. The light is solid orange not blinking. The code says to contact Customer Support. Anyone have a fix?

Did you get the ATK with the FMM module? Just trying to understand what you've connected so far and what's not working.

Is this an A2 Apex? Did you plug the AC adapter into the FMM and connect it the FMM to the Apex via an AquaBUS cable?

It’s apex el so not the newest one. Yes ac adapter and aquaBus are plugged in and then used task to set it up

It doesn’t work the light shoul be blue. Nothing happens at all

Can you post some images of how you have it wired/connected?

Yes I used the task. But I was looking at the FMM and it shows the 1 and 2 sensors as flow. When I change them to optical they revert back to flow

I have this problem near everytime I install something new. I always have to reboot my apex.

So it was the USB cable. Thanks for the help everyone. And don’t buy used stuff. Having other issue now… story of my life.

I assume you mean AquaBUS (USB isn't compatible with Neptune gear).
