Neptune ATK V2

Hello there, I just received my Neptune ATK v2 today and I was successful in installing it, however there are three concerns I have or saw.
1. The John guest fitting that connects 3/8” to 1/4” from the pump keeps coming off if I move the cable to make the pump stand vertical or even a little shake unplugs it so the water just stays in the ATO reservoir
2. The 1/4” to 1/4” push connect that needs to be connected within the reservoir to break the syphon seems to push water a lot instead of just a little see the video
3. What is the best way to keep the pump upright in the reservoir as it keeps tilting and the push connect fitting keeps coming out.

I’ve just installed mine and have drilled a small hole in the container and used zip ties to hold the tubing in place, which in turn keeps the pump in place, although if it’s level it should stand up anyway.

When the pump comes on a jet of water comes out of the anti siphon hole, and the zip tie is fastened we’re this is and keeps the jet pointing into the reservoir as well.

If you see I have a zip tie inside but maybe putting one outside will help the pump stand straight and the tube won’t come out again. Thanks for the help.
