Neptune COR 20 driver blinking white ?

I fed my corals and typically I turn my return pump off. 20 minutes later my pump will not turn back on and the driver is blinking white

Something is restricted, likely the impeller or something in the impeller housing
Pull the impeller and see if any snails, sand, etc
