The new building I am planning on will include the following , and I am looking for some advice on the return pump and plumbing options available .
Tank: waterbox 230.6 (approx 170 gal)
Sump - trigger sapphire 39
I will be using the stock waterbox plumbing to the bottom half of the cabinet , there I will cut it and use spa flex down through the floor into my basement. The sump will be located directly under the tank, and the sump will be lifted off the floor approx 3 feet for ease of maintenance. So in my estimation I am only adding 7-9 feet of pretty much straight pipe to whatever an in-cabinet sump would have been.
I am open to all plumbing suggestions and return pump advice. I had my eye on a
Cor-20 due to the apex integration, but I have read some statements regarding poor head mitigation. Please advise , thank you

A Cor 20 will not have the power for that head height. They seem to fall flat on their face at 10'. I returned mine and have stuck with my Sicce Syncra SDC 9.0's that have no issues going up 10' plus all the 90's. I'm guessing in total each pump is seeing 16' head pressure and I'm still running them at 68%.
Your other budget friendly option is a reeflo pump. If budget is not a issue go with a Abyzz and you'll have the top line that will last you a lifetime.
