They are useless. They didn’t want to do anything all they want is send the trident to them for service. Used to good buy not anymore

I agree. And the Trident is disposable you cant get the parts to fix it yourself. Then They will send you someone else's broken one they fixed. I have gone through 3 Tridents since they came out.
