neptune dos controlking kalk reactor

Hello,

Will a neptune dos work with a reef octopus kalk reactor? I am hearing that the dos pumps to slow and will clog the lines over time. Anyone with any information would be greatly appreciated.

DOS pump have larger hoses and move high volume, this is ware I stop
