Neptune DOS not working

I cannot get the pump to engage. Automatically or manually pushing the button. When I push the button, the light color changes but the pump doesn’t turn. It registers on the app as though it dozed though. Just used an hour ago and now won’t work. Any help is appreciated!

Not an expert or anything (my apex is still new in box..)

Is it plugged in via 1link or aquabus? 1link is required for data + power, aquabus only does data.

If just the aquabus, you will need the power supply also.

Also, if you use the 1link accessory port on the FMM module, you will need the power supply for the FMM.

Wow, my power cord had fallen out and behind the sump . Had it for a year and forgot it had two cables. Plugged back in and working!
