Neptune DOS power supply? Will this be compatible?

I got a used DOS and it didn't have a power supply. So I zipped onto saltwateraquarium.com and bought a "NEPTUNE 24VDC 36W" power supply:

I think it'll work, but the new ones come with everyone's favorite BRICK setups - can anyone tell me if this will work fine? Thanks.

OK that's what I thought, but I kept seeing online reviews of the DOS when I was stewing over it with the BRICK setup.

I ditched it in favor of a 1LINK cable (replaces both the Aquabus and power supply).
