Neptune Dos won’t start at scheduled time

Hi all! First time using an apex and trying to get everything set up and running into a problem. I have a DOS set up to run AWC’s, it’s been primed, calibrated, Apex is recognizing it (it does not show up on the dash though) I go to tasks and set the daily water change for 1 gallon in 1 hour each day and it even shows on the pumps’ schedules when the change is suppose to take place but when the time comes around, the pumps do nothing. Please help! I’m getting frustrated. Does Apex tech support help sort these things out? Thanks!

What do you mean exactly with it’s not showing up on the dash? Have you pulled the dos tile out of the tile bin? Top right lock icon and drag it down if you have not already.
