I know there have been topics but I can’t find my answer. I have had 3 energy bars (eb832) fail over the last few years stemming from a voltage error. This one failed 2 days ago with no warning. I checked the house voltage and it is 119.8 (USA) coming out of the outlet. I hit the reset button and powered down and then up numerous times with my luck. I am getting tired of purchasing new bars at almost $300 a pop and they seem to last like 1.5 years or so for me. Any thoughts from anyone that has experience in this.

Just another 12v PSU problem. No one is immune and Neptune never acknowledged it.

This has saved me 3 EB832s. so far 3 out of 4 of my EB832s have failed in this manner. Always after a power outage, and because of this, I keep spare 12v psu's on hand and have an extra 832 for a hot swap.
