Are there any Neptune experts here? I have a 90 gallon tank in my living room where I have a Neptune system with a wxm running two Radion G4 pros. 100 feet away (and a wall or two) I have a 210 gallon tank. Last night I tried plugging in another wxm into a completely diff Neptune Apex (210 system) and add my 3 G5 blues. Well the wxm wouldn’t read the G5’s so I opened up the Mobius app. The Mobius will only read 2 of them but now I have lost connection between my 90 gallon
wxm and the G4’s. I’ve tried literally everything to get them to sync back up. Unplugged both systems, rebooted Apexs, lights, ebs, etc. I’ve researched everything on reef2reef, still can’t get them on....Any help is appreciated

Unless you rollback the G5's firmware they will not work with the WXM module as they are bluetooth enabled, aka mobius. Did you upgrade you G4's to mobius legacy, if so then you will need to roll them back also.

@SuncrestReef , any other info?

Can you disconnect 1 system at a time? Sync everything on the connected system then repeat for system 2. Sounds like a network conflict between both systems.

Ya that’s what I thought too. Maybe the wxm’s are conflicting but they are so far away. I have unplugged both wxms. Is there something else I need to do to completely remove it?

I use the WXM with my MP10 and had to do a default rest on the pump to get it to sync. I have no experience with the lights. After reading @Billdg comment my suggestion might not work.

That what I think as well, the WXMS are using the same frequency's, and both are trying to send and receive info.
Curious why you decided to go with separate Apex units.
One will control several tanks.
Well probably the logistics of getting cables around.

Yes it had to do with cable management. There was no way for me to connect the two without an ugly cord stretched out over the walls or floor (tripping hazard for my two little boys). I wish I could of, would of saved some cash!

I would simply use the Mobius App for my G5's - (thats what I did). Use the Apex for the others. its not that much of a hassle - I set my light settings with the Mobius and forget it.
