Have anyone had luck with this Liquid Level Sensor (Calibrating it)? It is taking forever...Doing the automatic calibration, the range is not reading and effectively time out. Automatically, the reading is at 5.1 inches. Using the Manual calibration, the reading starts at 5.1 or 4.7 inches with the LLS placed in 2 inches of water. Then I switch the port on the FMM (ensure the LLS is plugged tightly into the port to hear that click); results are still the same on both automatic and manual calibration. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have also sent a trouble ticket in as well...

The calibration process for these is a pain. And finicky. There are some helpful posts about it over on the Neptune community forum.

I had some trouble initially but finally was able to get it done using a 5 gal bucket (I have the 15” model) and a tape measure. I would move the LLS up and clamp it on the edge of the bucket at the appropriate height for each measurement.

Nope - just dropped it in the RO reservoir. Read correctly first-time.
Hmmm...I did the same thing (just dropped it in and the readings showed up)..It worked as designed (so I thought) until I traveled for 2 weeks last week and then realized...Yeah, those readings are incorrect. LLS was showing I had water in my ATO, 4.3 inches, when in fact I did not have ANY WATER in it; water ran out 2 days before I returned. Luckily I had a camera trained in my sump area where I could adjust water levels via the sump and skimmer. Today when I decided to calibrate (Automatically and manually) and I find myself in the same boat as others... It doesn't calibrate as designed... A trouble ticket went in today to Neptune, probably wouldn't hear from then until sometime next week.

I just went through with same so I’ll save you the time: call Neptune support and put in a ticket. Have your proof of purchase as I’m told a LLS that won’t calibrate is broke.
Yeah, I did the samething via the support page...Thanks for the heads-up
