Neptune PH probe not calibrating

So I recently got a Neptune ph probe and got brand new lab grade ph solution to calibrate it in. 7 and 10, when I went to calibrate the probe it passed the 7.0 fine but wouldn’t read correct on the 10 solution.

I have a apex lite and apex jr with pm1 and couldn’t get it to calibrate for either of them. The probe has been kept wet and the person I got it from kept it wet the whole time as well. Anyone have this problem?????

Is this automatic calibration or manual calibration?

Are you doing it on fusion or apex local?

Sounds like a bad probe, how old is it? Eventually probes need to be replaced even if they were kept wet.
